INGREDIENTS:
2 wooden sticks, absorbed water for 30 minutes before use
8 enormous dark olives
8 cherry tomatoes
1 yellow pepper, cut into 8 squares
½ red onion, cut down the middle and isolated into 8 pieces
100g (about 10cm) cucumber, cut into 4 cuts and divided
100g feta, cut into 8 shapes
For the dressing:
1 tbsp. additional virgin olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
½ clove garlic, stripped and squashed
Scarcely any departs basil, finely hacked (or ½ tsp dried blended herbs
to supplant basil and oregano) leaves oregano, finely slashed
Liberal flavoring of salt and crisply ground dark pepper.
DIRECTIONS:

  1. Thread each stick with the plate of mixed greens ingredients in the
    request: olive, tomato, yellow pepper, red onion, cucumber, yellow
    pepper ,feta, tomato, olive, red onion, cucumber, feta. Put all dressing
    ingredients in a little bowl and combine all together. Pour over the
    sticks.
