2 tablespoons olive oil
1 yellow onion, chopped
4 salmon fillets, boneless
1 cup green beans, trimmed and halved
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup chicken stock
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
A pinch of salt and black pepper
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped


  1. Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add onion, stir and
    sauté for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the fish and sear it for 2 minutes on each side.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, toss gently and bake everything at
    360 degrees F for 20 minutes.
  4. Divide everything between plates and serve for lunch.
