1 yellow onion, chopped
1 green cabbage head, shredded
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 cups veggie stock
1 carrot, peeled and grated
A pinch of salt and black pepper
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
2 teaspoons thyme, chopped
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon hot paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice


  1. Heat up a pot with the oil over medium heat, add the onion and the
    carrot and sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the cabbage and the other ingredients, toss, simmer over
    medium heat for 30 minutes more, divide into bowls and serve.
