2 tablespoons olive oil
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 pound turkey breast, skinless, boneless and cubed
1 teaspoon coriander, ground
A pinch of salt and black pepper
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
6 cups chicken stock
Juice of 1 lime
A handful parsley, chopped


  1. Heat up a pot with the oil over medium heat, add the onion, the
    bell pepper and the sweet potatoes, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the meat and brown for 5 minutes more.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, toss, bring to a simmer and cook
    over medium heat for 35 minutes more.
  4. Ladle the soup into bowls and serve.
