4 sea bass fillets, boneless
2 scallions, chopped
2 garlic clove, minced
2 cups baby kale
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Juice of ½ lemon


  1. Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add the
    scallions and the garlic and sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the fish and sear it for 3 minutes on each side.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, toss gently, cook everything
    for 12 minutes more, divide between plates and serve.
